Big Boy

When the season changes and Andrew switches from wearing short to jeans he always looks so much older.  Here is my big boy giving a cheesy smile, wearing his backpack and holding teddy is favorite “guy”

Andrew talks all the time now.  Here are a few cute things he has said.

Mommy- “Are you happy or sad Andrew?”
Drew- “sad”
Mommy- “What would make you happy?”
Drew- “Daddy!”

“Pooh is nice and happy”
He calls his vitamins “Goliath”  Right now we are reading the David and Goliath story about 5 times a day.  I can quote it from memory and Andrew is learning David’s lines in the story.

Andrew will refer to himself as Elmo though out the day, sometimes he calls Bobby “Elmo’s daddy”

In the book “Three Trees” Andrew will look at the picture of Jesus caring the cross, for a long time, talking about the boo boos Jesus got because we have to get disciplined.  We are utilizing this interest in going over the gospel with him as much as we can.  It is cool to see him connecting the dots.

He talks about balloons going up high in the sky about 10 times a day.

It is so fun to hear what he is thinking.  We love this mighty man of God.
