My little helper

Will is at the sweet little age where he loves to help. If I ask him to go put something in the trash can he runs with excitement to throw it away.  I am enjoying this little phase because I know it will be gone soon. Will loves spray bottles. Andrew and Lily also loved spray bottles at his age.

 One day Will helped me clean up the back door. It seemed right for him to clean up all of his sticky finger prints off the glass. He loved it and got the door really clean by using lots of water.

We got some more bins to store Andrew’s legos in, here Lily is playing in them before we filled them up with lego sets.

February Fun

February was fun and busy, here is what we have been up to.

 Lily loves to color and is really good at staying in the line. When I try to color with her she is quite bossy and opinionated about what color I am to use and where to color on the page.

 I got to get away for a weekend in February to go down to Austin for a women’s conference called the IF:Gathering. It was so refreshing to hang out with some special friends and hear great speakers.

Swing set

Our neighbor across the street, offered us their swing set. We were so excited to have more stuff to play on in the backyard.

 We had perfect timing with the weather the night we moved the swing set over, it so nice, and the next few days after were beautiful and we were able to enjoy the new swings.
