Deck the Halls

On Saturday we decked the halls.  This was the earliest we have ever decorated.  Andrew loved helping, he was the perfect little elf.

He was to busy working to pose for pictures.

 Lily cheered us on, next year she will be put to work.

Turkey Day

We had a great Thanksgiving this year.  We started the day off stopping by Mimi and Gramps house.

Lily loved sitting with Gigi.

Addy is ready for a baby brother or sister to come, she had fun practicing with Lily. Andrew’s expression is so fitting.

Then we went to Nana’s house and Lily loved sitting with Granny.

On Thanksgiving day Lily started inching and scooting forward.  She did it several times and was happy.  She is now my little inch worm!  Andrew took a long nap ( I had to wake him to eat)

He loved eating the turkey while Bobby was carving it.  He keep saying “More Turkey!"

Friday we went to a tea party with my aunts and cousin.

Andrew and Addy at the kids table.  Andrew was a little man at the tea party, he enjoyed all of the food.  He ate so much.

My Little Turkeys

 We made turkey shirts again this year.  They turned out cute, I had a difficult time getting pictures.  This was the best one I got.

These 2 little turkeys are so much fun and keep us so busy.

I Love Cupcakes

 Today we made a very important cupcake run.  The grocery store was packed, we ran in and Andrew picked out cupcakes for us.  He had a lot of fun eating his green cupcake when he got down from the table he told me “ I love cupcakes!"

 I was thinking today that Andrew is about to be 35 months old or 3 years old very soon.  He used to be quiet, serious and our “little man.”  Now he is always talking, silly, laughs all the time, and loves to be moving, jumping, or running.

 This is one of Lily’s favorite teething toys.  I keep it in the bathroom to entertain her while we do the potty training or bath time.

The empty wrapper was on the floor and Lily was motivated enough to move forward to get it.  We still aren’t crawling or moving forward yet, but she is resourceful and finds a way to get what she wants.

 This kept her happy while I got the bath ready.

Boy Toys

 Lily loves to play with Andrew’s toys.  Andrew does well sharing with her.  Her favorites are the legos, his basketball and the wooden blocks.

 Lily’s first 2 teeth came in the week!  She hasn’t stopped smiling and showing off her 2 new teeth.

 Andrew was singing, watching a music video on the computer and playing legos all at the same time.

This week has been pretty low key for us.  Here are a few pictures of the fun we have been having.

Lily had fun playing with Dad as he got her ready for her bath.

 I put Lily in the laundry basket to help me fold clothes and Andrew jumped in too.
