This spring Andrew played YMCA tee-ball. Half of his team were kids from his school, Andrew had so much fun and made some great friends. He loved wearing his jersey and hat all the time.
It rained so much during the season. So many games had to be cancelled due to the rain and then the make up games would get rained out. He ended up playing about 7-8 games. The team did well and only lost 2 games.Latter this summer Bobby got ranger tickets from work. We took Lily and Andrew to the game with us. This was their first major league baseball game. We had so much fun.
I was worried that the kids would get bored quickly, but they had so much fun for the whole game. It was a good game and was tied until the 9th inning and the rangers pulled off a win. After the game there was a firework show and it was so good.
Lily and I had so much fun together.
The kids got their own bottles of dr. pepper, they were so excited. Andrew drank his whole bottle in one inning. Lily enjoyed hers for most of the game.
We had great seats right by 1st base. Bobby and Andrew are by the dugout hoping to get Andrew’s hat signed. They didn’t get the signature but they got to see the rangers up close.
The kids picked cotton candy as their treat for the night. They loved it.
At the ranger game I realized how big my kids are getting. They sat through and enjoyed the whole 9 innings of a baseball game and stayed up until 11:30pm and then slept in the next morning.
