This and That

This week Andrew had another speech explosion. He now says "that" and "this" all the time. He has been talking to himself while he plays, adding so many new words. He and his friend Anna had their own little conversation during life group. We are so excited, we have been praying for this and knew it would happen, we just didn't know when. Andrew still says "no" to most questions. We have fun asking questions like: do you want to go to the park? "no" do you want a cookie? "no" Obviously the answer is yes, Bobby and I enjoy laughing about it. Andrew loves to jump, is becoming more and more social, he shows excitement when people come over to our house. He requests to wear his guitar pajamas, by using words! He is a good listener, if he hears me tell Bobby about something we did that day, example: a puzzle. He will go get all of his puzzles out of his room and bring them to me.

The broom and dust pan are still his favorite toys. He is really good at actually sweeping things up. Cleaning is still really fun to him.

Andrew has grown 2 inches since January and is becoming more opinionated about what he wears and especially what shoes he wears.

Andrew loves mustard, ranch dressing, ketchup, pickles, cucumbers, cheese, sauerkraut, Cheetos, steak, cheddar sun chips, pretzels, eggs and yogurt. These are some of his favorite foods to eat.

He has become quite the toddler and is a great big brother.
