Happy Birthday Andrew!!!

Andrew's 4th birthday was this week. We have had lots of fun celebrating.  The party started on Tuesday night at Pump it Up a bounce house place.
The party was Thomas the Train themed.  Andrew loved the cake and couldn't wait to play with trains on the cake.
Setting up the train table.
The kids hanging out while the party room got set up.  This was the birthday throne, but Andrew was not into sitting in it.

Andrew showing off his cake.

Way at the top is Bobby, he was such a good sport to help the kids go down the big slide.
Ava had a blast trying to be a big kid.
 Dad on duty.
This girl had fun at the party!
She went down this little slide about hundred times.
Friends, it was hard to get pictures because everyone was running around jumping and having fun.
Nana even got in a the bounce area.

 Cute little girls.

Aunt Ash is always ready to jump in on the fun.
Singing happy birthday to the 4 year old!  I still can't believe that 4 years have gone by.
Aunt Ash is always fun and willing to jump in.

Andrew thought Tuesday was his birthday because they sang to him at school and he had his party that night.  So when we got home he got to open his presents.
He got a big boy bike that he is still "warming up to"

On Thursday his real birthday we ate lunch at Chickfila and played on the playground.
Ava and Ashley joined us to.
The birthday girl!  Andrew and Nana share a birthday!
Andrew was so sweet to Lily and shared one of his train paint pages with her!  I am so proud of my big 4 year old.

Fun facts about Andrew:
- he loves trains, fire trucks and some cars, but mostly trains.
-his favorite food is cucumber (same as his dad at this age)
-prefers water over milk
-is day time potty trained.
-does not nap anymore, and barely does "rest time"
-he loves to sing in the car and is always telling me what song to play.
-loves to wrestle with dad.
-loves to play house with mom and Lily.  Dad is not allowed to play with us according to Andrew.  Andrew always play the dad role in house and drives me the son around in his truck.
-he is a great big brother and can't wait to have his little brother share a room with him.
-he told me "4 years old aren't kids".
- I love how fun, talkative and wild he is at home and with close friends but in public is a little reserved usually.

We love this kid like CRAZY and it was so fun to celebrate him.  This was the first year that he was so into his birthday.  He has been looking forward to it for months.  On the way home from his party he couldn't stop talking about the party.  It was so fun to watch him enjoy it all so much!
