Last night Andrew was running around the house singing “I love Jesus” I think he was trying to sing “Jesus Loves Me” but I like his version better.
Rocking out right before bedtime.
My 3 year old on his birthday, he moved all of this balloons, and guitars into the kitchen. Ahhh I am ready for the balloons to go, but Andrew loves them so much.
Then we headed to Nana’s house and did a craft.
Lily looking cute.
Lily straight from Paris all dolled up to celebrate the birthdays.
Andrew got to make a flag. He really likes to find flags when we are out.
Happy Birthday Nana, Andrew was born on Nana’s birthday.
Hard at work. After crafting we ate lunch at Chuys, the kids do so well out at a restaurant. Andrew had the chip bowl, 2 bowls of salsa and a bowl of jalapeno ranch dip to keep him happy.
He tied the flag to a stick and it is now in his room by his imaginary TV that he show his stuffed animals movies on.
My life changed forever the day you were born. I have loved you from the begging. You taught me how to be mom and take care of a baby. I loved watching you sleep and think about how you are “my baby.” When you wouldn’t stop crying I would put you in the baby carrier and take you on a walk around the neighborhood. You would calm down being nice a close to me. I would call you my personal trainer, you had me going on 3 walks a day when you were around 3-4 weeks old.
Here you are at 1 years old, you loved exploring. I remember wondering what you would be like as a 3 year old and what you were thinking about since you didn’t really talk. Well now I know what you are thinking about now... balloons and Elmo!
This is your 2nd birthday you loved basketball (you still do) and your world was about to change. You handled becoming a big brother beautifully, I love watching you and Lily develop your friendship. You personality changed so much this year. When you decided to start talking you became a loud, talkative, fun wild little toddler running around the house playing sports and jumping all the time. It is hard to believe that before that I considered you my “serious little man.” I love that you have come out of your shell.
Andrew I love you so much, our life is so much more fun and exciting with you in our family. I can’t wait to see what year 3 holds for you.
