Merry Christmas

MERRY CHRISTMAS

In November we had our family pictures taken by the very talented Reflecting Grace Photography.  The pictures turned out great.  It was a cold morning and I had to change our outfits last minute, but I love that you can’t tell in the pictures.

Here are a few things I love about the mornings in our house.  I love that when Andrew gets up from a nap or in the morning he always gives hugs and kisses before getting out of bed.  I love how Bobby jumps up in the morning when the kids get up, he is always eager to see them after a long night at work.  I love how Lily can’t stop moving in excitement, kicking her legs, and her whole body, while jabbering away in the morning when she wakes up.
Lily goes up, up and away!  Andrew refused to get in the basket with Lily or by himself.
Lily is at the wonderful stage where she will eat anything I give, except avocados.  She digs into her meals with a smile on her face, as if it is the best thing she has ever tasted.  I love hearing Andrew talk non-stop about balloons.  For the first 2 years of his life I was always wondering what he was thinking about, now I know what he is thinking about now, balloons, elmo, football, basketball, baseball but most importantly balloons!

Andrew was a little 2 year old and refused to let Rachel take his picture.  This was the only one she got and he was waving bye to her.
The classic sibling picture.  I love having a picture of Lily’s expression, she can go from smiling to this face in about 1 second.  I laugh because Lily cooperated the whole time and at the very end Andrew started to cooperate and Lily was done.  Oh, kids make life so much more interesting.
