Tickled Pink

Last night the elves stayed late and worked hard into the night, getting my baby girl's room ready. We started painting with 1 gallon of paint, that is how much we needed for Andrew's room. Well we were wrong so I made a mad dash to get to Lowes at 8:53 pm to get another gallon (they close at 9pm). They even served me with a smile!

Here are a few shots of the elves at work.

The proud Papa bear, afterward he was in shock that the room was pink (in a good way, and I was too.) For the past 2 years every thing has been primary colors, camo and barnyard/ western.
Dave was hard at work texting. Haha okay not really.
Actually he had a smile on his face and was excited when the "slave driver" (me) came home with another gallon so we could finish the room that night.
Nana joined in on the fun.
Ashley and Nana did a great job on the touch-up areas. We couldn't have finished so fast with out them.

Latter that night I got a stomach bug we think, or maybe pregnancy sick??

Otherwise it was a great time and I am so thankfully for family to come help.

Yippee one thing checked off the list. Now we need to find a dresser and hopefully a bookcase for her room. Bob will paint the changing table, and oh yeah... the big boy needs to move to his super cool new bed :)
