Please no squeakquel!

Home owner tip: If you hear something in you attic take care of it ASAP. Squirrells are very difficult to get rid of, once they have been up there for a awhile.

Here is the whole story, this winter was long and cold. It snowed a lot, we started hearing critters upstairs in the attic. So Bobby got rat poison and put it up there. We still kept hearing the little pest, so we decided it must be a squirrel. So winter and most of spring had pasted when we finally got around to getting some fox urine to put up in attic. That didn't work, because once squirrels make a home that they like, it is hard for them to leave.

So a couple days latter Bobby got a trap. We put peanut butter in the trap and checked several times a day for several days, but no luck. So we were giving up hope, finally on Wednesday we got the squirrel, Bobby shot it with a pellet gun twice, Andrew got to watch his old man "subdue" the land. I freaked out, I hated that little pest but it was sad to hear him squeak as he died.

On Thursday I busted out the kiddie pool, Andrew was having a momma day. He wouldn't let me get more than a arms reach away from him all day. So it was a long day. He was frighted at first by the pool. So I barely filled it with water. Disclaimer: Yes he does not have swimming trunks on, that is because we have some intense diaper rash so we were airing out and I thought it would make it more like the bath. He warmed up to the idea, and overall he had fun.

First reaction to getting in the pool. I think he was mainly upset because I didn't immediately get in the pool with him (I had to take some pictures and video a little).
Started to warm up to the pool and had fun scooping the water with the shovel.

Cutie Pie

I can't get enough of this face!
