Mama's Day

We had a great Mama's Day in the Caivano house. It was a crazy weekend full of lots of celebrations (well for me, sadly not Bobby.) Bobby studied all weekend. I saw my cousin and her boyfriend from Missouri on Friday. Saturday hosted 2 showers, got food poisoning or something weird, sick in the middle of the night. Woke up early on Sunday morning and drove to Waco for Maya's baby dedication and then came back to Fort Worth to celebrate mother's day with my parents. It was a great weekend and we are so blessed to have special friends and family to celebrate with. We were so tired that everyone in the Caivano house was in bed asleep by 10:30 pm on Sunday. I can't remember the last time that happened. Here are a few pictures of the weekend.
When I came home from Dallas late on Saturday night I found, 2 cards and 2 balloons on the kitchen table for me along with some candy. The balloons are from Andrew, Bobby got me candles that smell like summer (cumber basil) and hand weights. They both were very thoughtful gifts! He is Andrew playing with my gift.

Action shot of playing with the balloons, he is starting to play very boyish, banging and hitting things together.

This week we also broke out the shorts. It was so cute to see his little legs. They have been hidden by pants all winter.

Simply adorable!
