5 months old!

5 months old! I still can't believe Will has been here with us for 5 months!

 Will is a good sport he loves it when Andrew and Lily play with him and puts up with some rough and crazy fun.

 Ahh as I look into those cute adorable eyes and then I will forget about how much "fun" bedtime and night time is. Every night is still an adventure!  Will loves to eat all night long and often wakes up in the morning not hungry because he ate all night long.  While I am talking about sleep I might as well mention that Will loves to take quick short "power naps" usually around 30 min. long.  Even though he doesn't sleep much he is usually a very happy and content baby as long as I am not trying to make him go to sleep. He has discovered the corner in his crib where I keep his passes.  At night he sleeps on his back in the woombie swaddle and naps are on his tummy.  I still haven't figured out which he prefers.

We are patiently waiting for her first teeth to pop through. He loves the Sophie giraffe that Lily loved too.  Will can roll very well now from tummy to his back and from his back to his tummy.  He is getting really good at rolling and scooting to things. He has found a box of crayons to chew on, a magazine and a plate, when I have stepped out of the room for a minute when he is on the floor.  Andrew and Lily are learning to pick up things that Will can't have, I am sure this will be a learning process and it will be interesting to see what Will gets his hands on.

Bounce baby bounce! Will tried out the jonny jumper.  I can't believe that Will is big enough for the "older baby" stuff.

Andrew and Lily were very excited to see Will in the jumper.  The poor guy was a little overwhelmed by Andrew pushing him like a swing and Lily bouncing him.

Will takes staying hydrated seriously! :) Will is now grabbing cups, bottles and straws when I am holding him.  He looks very interested in my food when I am eating. In one short month he will get to try his first taste of yummy food. Andrew and Lily are so excited about this too. They often talk about what they want Will to eat for baby food.

Will loves to coo and talk and smile!
