Weekend Road Trip

This weekend we took a road trip up to Wichita Falls with my mom and dad. Sadly Bobby had to work. We had a great time.Andrew enjoyed sitting in Boompa's lap watching the baseball game.

Andrew really enjoyed playing legos with Boompa. Several times he would pull on his leg to get him to come down on the floor and build with him.

Saturday morning we woke up early 6 am! To walk the Race for the Cure with Gigi. Andrew had a great time, watching all of the people, drinking a juice box and getting to take a balloon home!

Andrew really liked walking on the stones in the backyard. He would walk them over and over. He also showed a preference for the Kansas City Chiefs, wanting to wear Boompa's hat.

After a nice good nap, we headed to the pumpkin patch to snap a few photos with Addy. Addy and Andrew got along great this weekend. They played well together.

Don't let this picture fool you. Andrew did not sleep a wink on the way to Wichita or on the way back. Here he is wear a blanket hat, apparently "all the cool kids wear their blankets like this!" Even though he didn't sleep any, we had fun playing, eating and magnadoodling in the car. This is another thing Andrew takes after Bobby in, Bobby never sleeps on road trip regardless of if he is driving or not. I on the other hand usually fall asleep 30 min. after we pull out of the driveway!

We had a great time getting to see Gigi and Gramps, Addy, Amy, Casey, Judy and Don.
