This past weekend, Bobby and I left Andrew with the grandparents and we headed to Shlitterbahn with some friends. We had a great time, we both had never been before. We came home tired after a fun trip in the sun and water with good friends.

Then on Monday the a/c went out, so Andrew and I headed over to the grandparents house to sleep, while Bobby worked. Bobby got home from work, took the a/c apart, realized he didn't know how to fix it. So we waited on the repair man. Thankfully by noon on Tuesday we were cooled off.

Today Bobby was off and he slaved away at the jungle of a backyard that we have. Andrew was fascinated and begged to go outside to join him. Poor guy misses playing outside and going on walks. The other day he practically climbed into the stroller, and every day he stares at his slide in the backyard wanting to go out. So Bobby took him out a little today in the 101 degree heat. I keep promising him, we will be back on our daily walks and park trips as soon as we can When we won't get heat stroke or get attacked by mosquitoes.
After taking a 3.5 hour nap today Andrew wasted no time getting back to work. He walked right into the kitchen and grabbed the broom to start sweeping. If only I had that kind of eagerness for housework!

He still has sleepy hair and eyes, but a smile on his face as he works.
Bobby after working in the yard for 4 hours in 101 degree heat!

Andrew always has so much fun when Dad plays with him. Here he is inside his toy box.

He loved having access to all of the toys!
